FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Where are you based? Our garage, where cars and coaches can be viewed by arrangement, is situated in Stirling, and our office is in Dunblane. What are your hours? We are open from 9 am – 6 pm Monday/Friday, and 10 am – 4 pm on Saturdays. Viewings can be arranged at a mutually agreeable time 7 days per week. Telephone calls will be answered 7 days per week, and if no one is available then our telephone answering machine will be switched on and your call will be answered as soon as possible. Which areas do you cover? Due to our central location we can cover all of Scotland. Is there a mileage charge? No, the price we quote is an all-inclusive price. What cars do you have? Rolls Royce Silver Shadow in silver mink, S-class Mercedes in smoke silver, Vintage Morris 10 in blue and black. Do you provide flowers and ribbons for the bridal cars? Yes, these are provided free of charge. The choice of colour will be discussed with the bride and groom. Do you provide any extras? Yes, champagne is provided for the bride and groom as they travel to their reception. How many cars will I need? The Rolls Royce or Vintage car usually takes the bride and her father to the ceremony, and then it will take the bride and groom to the photo shoot and on to their reception. The S-class Mercedes, which can hold 4 adults can be used for parents, bridesmaids and bestman. Can cars be booked for more than one run? Certainly. Is there a minimum number of cars I need to book? No, if you only require one car then we are happy to provide that for you. What do I need to do to book? A 10% booking fee is required to secure your booking, and the balance is required one week prior to the wedding date. What is your cancellation policy? Unfortunately the 10% booking fee is non-refundable, however we do not require you to make any further payments if you cancel. Is it possible to change the date after paying the booking fee? Yes, if the new date is available and there is no additional charge for this service. Unfortunately if the date is unavailable then the booking fee is retained by us. Do you offer coach hire? Yes, we can provide 16–49 seater mini-buses and executive coaches to transport your wedding guests. Our mini-buses are wheelchair accessible.
